Your Opportunity: Bid Coordinator

As our Bid Coordinator, you are integral in supporting smooth field operations, from scheduling, ordering materials and customer communications to assembling bid, RFP and proposal packages and assisting with obtaining permits and vendor interactions. If you love variety and gaining exposure to the many aspects of the construction cycle - this could be your dream role!

Bid Coordinator – How You Will Make Impact:

You will:

  • Assemble proposal and bid packages for new work, from assisting with identifying the opportunity through a detailed review of the requirements, typing and assembling all of the information for the bid, working directly with the project team regarding pricing
  • Follow up on the status of the bid, tracking submission date and contract award date
  • Research and obtain information about bids not awarded (who the winning bid went to, price)
  • Offer support throughout the project life cycle – assist with project permitting and inspection coordination, inputting expenses by job codes

Bid Coordinator – You Have:

  • Comfort with supporting the field team as well as working with the in-office team
  • Attention to detail – you enjoy the detail work of reviewing an RFP and assembling a bid package
  • You are without ego – you are working in a closely held company where priorities may shift, everyone wears a lot of hats and flexibility and teamwork is needed
  • Comfort with working in MS Excel – you can generate and work within a spreadsheet, basic formulas
  • Excellent organizational skills. You pride yourself on your data entry accuracy and a high attention to detail
  • Ability to work in office daily in Rocklin, California

This role is 100% in office in Rocklin, California.

Compensation is depending on experience, overtime eligible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
